Nicolas's "Eureka" moment came when he realized that their are only three textures of hair; straight, wavy, and curly; and only four basic cuts; layering, one-length, and one-length with layering. Nicolas devised a systematic way to read the hair, using it's unique growth patterns to clue in on exactly where to start each haircut, the length to cut to, and where to place layers and fringes. The Nicolas System allowed him to carve the perfect shape into any hair type. It also enabled him to quickly and confidently decide which haircut looked best on any given client, allowing him to give his creativity free reign, while increasing his efficiency and profitability. Through years of work on his own clients, as well as his platform models, Nicolas codified and perfected the System, and now he brings this breakthough to professional stylists through his Master Classes, DVD System and Online Streaming Haircut Demos.
